You'll be the operational backbone of recruiting at Odyssey, working across multiple concurrent searches and partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to ensure every candidate interaction reflects the quality and ambition of what we're building

We're looking for a People Programs & Operations specialist to build and run the core people infrastructure that supports Odyssey's rapid growth. You will own the systems, processes, and programs that make the employee lifecycle work—from onboarding and HRIS management to performance reviews, compensation operations, and compliance—ensuring every touchpoint is reliable, scalable, and reflects how we want to treat our team

We're looking for a senior recruiter to own hiring across a broad set of functional areas—including operations, commercial, product, design, go-to-market, people and finance. Nearly every role at Odyssey is unique and high-impact, so this feels more like executive recruiting than high-volume hiring. You'll work closely with leadership to identify, attract, and close exceptional talent in a highly competitive market

This is a true Chief of Staff role—not a supporting or administrative position. You will act as the CEO and CTO's right-hand and proxy, operating with immense scope, trust, and influence across the business. You are someone who thinks like a founder, or even has founder experience: analytical and comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy, fundraising, research, and execution. You will help the CEO and CTO look around corners, surface blind spots, and scale themselves and the company at a critical inflection point.
